Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but we understand if you need some flexibility.

Full-Price Items:

Returns for a refund to the original payment method are accepted within 10 days of purchase.
Exchanges or store credit are available within 30 days of purchase.
Store credits never expire and can be used online or in-store.
Items returned outside of the 30-day window cannot be accepted.

Return Requirements:

Clothing and accessories must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags.
A receipt or digital proof of purchase is required.
If tags are unattached, items are non-returnable.
Hoboken Clique reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Final Sale Items:
Cosmetics (including Bath Bombs), seasonal merchandise, swimwear, hats and custom orders are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Online Orders:

Refunds are issued if returns are received within 10 days of the delivery date. Returns received past 10 days will be issued a store credit.
For domestic orders, a prepaid return shipping label can be provided upon request. A $5 fee for the label will be deducted from your refund.
For international orders, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all online returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee.
